Robin recently expanded his expertise to include dry well installation. With the right equipment and a commitment to honest, high-quality work, Robin ensures every job is done correctly and every customer is happy.

Sandy Weise

Owner/Business Manager

Sandy Weise brings over 30 years of experience as a Corporate Controller to the C&R Excavating & Demo team, where she oversees all business and accounting functions. Recognizing that many entrepreneurs excel at their trade but not their books, she also founded Strategic Accounting Solutions, LLC. Through her consulting business, Sandy helps other small business owners thrive by providing expert bookkeeping, accounting, and tax consulting services.

Chris Weise

Chris Weise is an expert Equipment Operator for the C&R Excavating and Demo team. With over 8 years of industry experience, he specializes in concrete demolition and grading. Known for his focus and precision, Chris gets the job done quickly and efficiently, ensuring every project is executed to perfection.
